X = (10 seconds since reset) ? TRUE : FALSE

Returns True in X for the first 10 seconds since reset. During this period an attempt to switch to a nonzero protocol number (that is, anything other than SPLatLink) will stall the processor until the timer has expired. The timer is used to force SPLatLink native protocol as the only protocol during the first 10 seconds, to guarantee it will always be possible to take control of a controller with SPLat/PC.
