CC16 product documentation

The CC16 is documented along with the newer CC18. The two controllers are almost identical, with only two differences:

• The CC16 does not have analog inputs.
• The CC16 does not have a programmable bicolour status LED.

Please use the CC18 Product Documentation for the CC16. Just ignore all references to analog or the status LED.
